Ethan and Ehlana:
We have new baby news today – and that isn’t for Violet and Dillon yet!
Congratulations, Karla and Brock Benton – you’re pregnant again!
It probably won’t work to continue the pandemic baby trend for our town now that we’re pretty much past the local restrictions, but there does still seem to be a trend among the younger couples toward having their kids earlier than is the longer-term trend here. It’s also a bit funny that we’ve been including updates on Cassie’s friends now; and we already have new news for them! In this case, it’ll be interesting for our family; since Violet and Karla will have babies very close together; and the kids will definitely be future classmates.
Compared to that news, our day has been uneventful. It was still very cold this morning; it only warmed up to around freezing; and we went with another indoor school day and lab or archives play time between school and dinnertime. We worked in the office with Mom and Dad after that – including a Magi lesson and family business work; and now we’re winding down toward nap time while it isn’t that late yet thanks to the time phased parts of our evening. We’re tired too, so the baby news will have to be enough of an update for Cassie’s friends for tonight, and since that is all we have for you; we’re out of here!
