Ethan and Ehlana:
We’re worn out from a few long, busy days in a row; so this is going to be a short update.
The top news around town today – especially at church – is about Michael, Tim, and their football team. They’ll be playing in one of the college football bowl games on Saturday, December 18th; and the Landry and Stone clans in particular are very proud of their hometown sons. Sure, Michael has a bonus first for that honor outside of the Landrys, but we’ll cheer just as loudly for Tim even if his uncle and cousin are having fun with some jokes directed at Tim. We can also report that Cassie and Rowen will both be at that game; and they’ll all be very busy between football and final exams during that week leading up to the Christmas break.
As for our day here at home, we had fun with the movies and sleepover last night; the weather was pretty good today for everything from Tai Chi through the outdoor play time and biking fun we had with our friends this afternoon; and now we’re cooling down toward a chilly start to our school week. The church service and Sunday school were more-fun thanks to the top gossip topics; Mom set us free to play after lunch because Dad needed to work anyway; and our evening included only a bit of family business work and a Magi lesson before we came upstairs for bath or Jacuzzi time. Now we really are tired out and ready to crash. That is an option that we’re happy to choose; so all we have left to do is add in our Christmas music picks for the night. We haven’t commented on each song so far, but we’re just picking many of the annual favorites along with the newest offerings; and you will hopefully enjoy them as-much or more without the added commentary! ;^)
