We’re free!
Christmas break is officially here; we’re only taking a break while waiting for Naomi, Aiden, and some of our friends to meet up with after checking in with parents at home or elsewhere; and the rest of the news for today can wait for our next report. Tai Chi was indoors this morning because we didn’t feel like freezing today; we had fun with breakfast that included dual video chats with Dad and Cassie, Michael, and Tim; and then we played at school through until our early release. For our class, the Christmas fun included the standard class party; music, and one movie to go along with finishing crafts and cleaning up ahead of the break. It’s only into the mid-forties this afternoon, but we’re still going out to play next; and that’s pretty much all of our news. Mom’s been busy while we’ve been at school, but that has mostly been with helping and working with Mariah; chores at home; and a supply shopping trip. She’s hosting the family-and-friends’ fun night again this week, and we should really move on now; since we’ve already been drafted to help out with making dinner for the gang we’ll have here for the evening.
