Ehlana and Ethan:
The rain has continued on-and-off all day, so we were indoors most of the time; and helped with younger cousins and the work for meals while the adults were busy with a lot of visits to the Stone’s homes, normal weekday work, and everything that goes along with getting ready for a funeral. Naomi and Aiden have been here with us most of the time too, but we’re split up right now while getting ready for another big-family dinner and the evening visitation that is at the church because the funeral home isn’t big-enough to handle as many people as we expect to be there while also allowing for social distancing. We’re doing this update now because we don’t expect to have time later – especially if we get to have some time with Cassie and Michael later tonight too.
We’re going to save up the rest of the funeral-related news for tomorrow night too, and don’t want to write about any other local or world news today either; so that’s all we have for today – except that we should mention that Dad and Cassie are both on the way home now. Dad will get here by shortly-after dinner; and Cassie will probably only get here in time for the end of visitation tonight – though that’s hard to say; since we could be at the church until fairly-late tonight. We’ll let you know how that goes too, but it’s time to move on now; so we’ll get back to doing all we can to help Michael, his family, and our friends for the rest of the day.
