Happy 25th Birthday, Josiah Palmer! Happy 18th Birthday, Jimmy Sheldon!
While we’ve had fun with a home-school day; it wasn’t birthday-level amazing. We didn’t have anything to do with Josiah’s or Jimmy’s birthdays either – other than our non-part in the family gift for Josiah; so we didn’t have any birthday-themed fun at all today. We did have another nice-weather day, though, so we had some outdoor time while doing our assingments today; we biked at the park for most of the afternoon once we were set free from our online schooling for the day; and we had another band practice tonight after spliiting up at dinnertime while Naomi and Aiden had that meal with their own families. Mom did a group Magi lesson with all four of us after the music fun; and then we did the bedtime walk thing with Silkie while seeing Naomi and Aiden to their homes for the night.
Yes, hugs and kisses were involved, but that’s normal for us anyway; and we’re only mentioned it because we’ve already been teassed about it by the witnesses to those kisses – and the parents that were notified and sent pictures by the time we got home again. We don’t really mind that part of small-town life – even when we can be sure to get razzed by our friends once that bit of gossip gets around.
After getting home, it was bath or Jacuzzi time; one of us took extra time for that; and now we’re just getting around to our bedtime twin chat and this update. Another really good day shouldn’t end with a bad-news journal update; so we’ll once again skip commenting on the never-ending bad news around the country and world. That doesn’t leave us with anything else to write about; so we’ll wrap this up with our Christmas music pick for the day – another Disney Christmas favorite. We hope that you love these songs too – even if you’re not reading these journals durning future Christmas holidays!
