Happy 20th Birthday, Geraldine Sheldon!
It was cooler today with the high only reaching the mid-seventies, and we’ve had some showers, but our ball practices are going ahead as normal and we’re going to have the Pizzeria pizza picnic dinner at the park too – which is partly-why we’re offering this update early. We’re also hosting a co-ed teen night after the baseball; so we’ll be busy for the rest of the day.
As for the rest of our day-so-far, we had a repeat morning with football or cheer squad workouts for the guys or girls; we had lunch with Mom; and then we spent the afternoon at the lab or archives through to now – and we’re only home to get changed and ready for our ball practices. We’ve had a good day; got a lot done; and now we’re ready to play with our friends for the rest of the day. While we do that, Cassie and Michael are wrapping up their last full day in Austria, and while they have a morning meeting before moving on to Switzerland; they’ve enjoyed their short time in Austria – though they want to go there sometime for sightseeing that they didn’t have time for this summer.
We really need to get going soon, so that’s all for this report; and we’re out of here and heading over to the park.
