Ehlana and Ethan:
Naomi made sure that Ethan had more fun last night than Aiden and I had with our co-ed sofa sleepover at the Drapers’ house, and we are not going to get into any details because that would just be weird for me! ;^)
We all had fun with the after-school biking and the dinner-and-movie night entertainment with the Carringtons. We helped out with kid control before dinner, during the meal, and into the evening, but we also joined the clean-up crew and helped with the work too. Other guests included Cassie and Michael, Violet, Dillon, and their kids, the Ayres’ clan, and the Everetts – along with a small gang of friend-families. Thanks to our sleepover plans with Naomi and Aiden respectively, Ethan and I were able to head out after the movie; I’ve already mentioned that we won’t be writing about what Ethan and Naomi were doing after that – though I can mention that Eli stayed with Zack last night and Naomi’s parents went to bed early. Aiden and I watched another movie, enjoyed the quiet cuddle time, and that works for us; so we were very happy when we did get around to our co-ed nap time.
Aiden and I didn’t get together with anyone for Tai Chi or breakfast this morning, but we had fun on our own; and know that Ethan and Naomi did too; and then we got together to work as a team on chores at three homes for the rest of the morning. Mom and Dad had all four of us for lunch, and that pretty much brings us up to now, and we’ve been set free for the rest of the day; so Naomi and Aiden are checking in with parents and packing overnight bags because we’re going to have our four best friends here with us tonight – or expect that’ll happen after we invited Sophia and Aaron to join us too. That’s why this update is happening now; since we plan on being too busy having fun for the rest of the day. We’re definitely going biking this afternoon, and the high is supposed to hit seventy this afternoon. We haven’t decided what we’ll do tonight, but winging it is an option; and we can let you know the details with our next report anyway.
