Congratulations, Mitch and Lynn Bassett – you’re pregnant!
Contrary to all of the jokes about it; that news was not an April Fools’ Day joke! Michael’s cousins will be welcoming a new addition to their family sometime in early December; so Cassie and Michael can expect the be part of another especially-awesome Christmas season this year!
Our April Fools’ Day has been entertaining so far, if not always in funny ways. For our class, nobody will be surprised to find out that Miles and Joshua led the way for pranks and jokes; Zack and Eli got even more attention for both their attempts for large-scale pranks and jokes-gone-bad; and that’s notable for the simple fact that those four boys got more attention for their efforts than even the teen pranksters. Whether good or bad, the results led to an entertaining day-so-far; and now we’re done school for the day and getting ready to go out to play and bike for a couple of hours.
This update is early because we’re also going to have a play night with our family and friends; Naomi and Aiden are staying for a sleepover; and we’re going to have fun with all of that instead of taking breaks later tonight for any computer work. We’ll have the rest of the story for you with the next report, but we need to get going now; so we’re out of here!
