Ethan and Ehlana:
We’re getting another one of those warmer weeks, so with the high for the day into the fifties; you won’t be surprised to hear that we played with our friends after school. The biking was fun on the main trails, but a bit too-messy for the trails in the woods; so we stayed off of them – even though some of our friends made the attempts and got very dirty and wet for their efforts. We came home in time to help with cooking dinner; and our evening with Mom and Dad has been fairly quiet from the time we sat down for that meal through to when we were sent upstairs for bath or Jacuzzi time. Mom did a Magi lesson with us that included playing around with a new defense we’ve been developing, but that is still a work in progress; and the details are being recorded elsewhere in the archives because Mom doesn’t want that information to be available to most Magi – just as she does with anything that can also potentially be dangerous if tried by someone without the ability to handle the power required to make it work. Without getting into that, in this case; we’re talking about something that requires more than the power of one Magi Master – though we are looking into whether some of the more-extreme uses of our talents can be done by teams of Magi working together and sharing power. We already know of capacity limits for the leaders of those power-sharing groups, though, so we’re taking that research very carefully.
Moving along, we followed up the Magi lesson with some time-phased work; that allowed us to come upstairs for the bath or Jacuzzi time while it was still comparatively-early; and we just finished a short music practice before getting around to the bedtime computing and twin chat. That’s pretty much it for today; so that’s all we have for this report. It’s time to get some sleep now because we definitely want to be up early so that we can at least have a long birthday video chat with Cassie and Michael. She’s going to be too-busy for much of a birthday celebration, but we’ll do what we can to help her out with that; and then leave it up to Michael and the rest of her friends to help her with having at least a bit of fun to go along with all of the studying and T.A. work she’ll be doing for most of the day and evening.
We can add more about that tomorrow night, and we really are ready to nap now; so we’re out of here!
