Ethan and Ehlana:
Happy 78th Birthday, Grandma!
Our grandparents are very glad that they are somewhere comparatively-warm today, and Grandpa is making sure that Grandma has a happy day while we’ve been spending our free time shoveling snow both this morning and after school. Compared to other places, we didn’t get all that much snow – a couple of inches, but that was enough for us; and we’re basically already done with this round of snow.
Shoveling replaced our Tai Chi workout this morning; the video chat with Grandma and Grandpa during breakfast was a highlight of our day; and then our adventures at school included some outdoor snow play. The buses were not canceled – though they did arrive a bit late; so the academic side of our day was fairly-normal. The after-school snow shoveling took up most of our time through until dinner, but while some of our friends managed to add in play time to any work; we cleared multiple driveways with Naomi, Aiden, and some help from our neighbors. By the time we had dinner, we were ready for the break; and Mom decided not to even let us do much work in the office tonight – except for our Magi lesson.
We were also in need of the bath or Jacuzzi time that followed the lesson with Mom, but while we didn’t have extra work to do tonight, we opted for a music practice after getting cleaned up; and we’ve been wrapping up our day with our usual bedtime computing and twin chat. That has all added up to finally having us tired and ready to get some sleep now, and we don’t need to add anything else to this report; so we’re out of here and moving on to nap time next.
Until next time, this little blast from your near or distant past is written for you with love from Ethan and Ehlana Proctor – twin junior Magi Masters of the Light!
