Happy Belated 1st Birthday, Jonathan Bassett!
We didn’t mention it yesterday, but were reminded of Jonathan’s special day this morning – both during our video chat with Cassie and Michael and while we were at church this morning. Jonathan seemed happy-enough when we saw him at church too; so he likely had a good birthday without being the kind of too-much-fun adventure that leaves toddlers tired and cranky the next day! ;^)
Moving along to our own day; we really don’t have much to report. Tai Chi was indoors and for four; we had a non-newsworthy breakfast to go with the video chat with our favorite collegians; our morning at church was good, but uneventful; and then the rest of our day has mostly been spent indoors – either at home or the lab.
We didn’t solve all of the world’s problems today, but got a lot of work done; so we’re happy and content while also being very tired. That’s also why we’re ready to keep this short and crash into nap mode soon – so we will!
