***Heirs of the Magi News Flash!*** Spring is arriving here in Witch Falls, and as we move on from Easter; Cassie and Michael are beginning their next work adventure. While they work and tour the northern continental States from west to east and then home again; the rest of your favorite Magi of the Light will keep busy here at home or elsewhere with work, school, and sharing our own adventures with family and friends. We are all looking forward to the nicer weather - even if we get a lot of April showers too, and we expect to have amazing time in the coming weeks; so... ...Visit Witch Falls often to keep up with all of our latest adventures; and happy reading!

Ethan's and Ehlana's Journals - August 2, 2021

Ethan and Ehlana:

Happy 8^th Birthday, Drew Spencer!

We didn’t have any involvement in Drew’s special day, but Zack and Eli are at the party and camping night; so we’re going to be camping with a small gang of our younger cousins and some of their friends while they’re busy. Our campsite is set up already; and we’ll get to that blast of fun – starting with a barbeque dinner with a bunch of our parents – after Brianna’s and Faith’s ball practices.

We’ve had a busy day so far. Tai Chi by the river with Mom and Dad was good; our breakfast video chat with Cassie and Michael was fun; and then we did a couple of hours of chores before being set free for the day. That’s when we set up the tents for the camping; and then we’ve spent the rest of the time until now biking, swimming, and having a picnic lunch at the park with a gang of our friends. The weather has been awesome – not too-hot or cool; and we’re expecting at least a few days just like today that we’re going to enjoy. It has been a while since we’ve done a construction update in our journals; so we’ll at least mention that we watched some of the work on the walkway being built between the two buildings being used for the new shopping spaces. The girls are not as interested in that work as the guys, but a large crane is being used right now to lift and place the large steel beams being used for the two-level walkway; so there are kid and teen spectators watching the show from the park side of the river whenever that work is happening – and we got to watch one beam being set and welded into place today during and after our picnic lunch.

It is nearly time to get going again, since we’ve promised to check out Brianna’s practice today after attending Faith’s game-practices in July; so that’s enough news for now. We’ll include the rest of the story with our next report, but won’t be working on our computers while having fun with the camping adventures; so stay tuned for that while we get back to living those experiences with some of our favorite people!
