Ethan and Ehlana:
There hasn’t been any baby news entertainment for today, but we’ve managed to have fun – even with the morning chores that will keep us ahead of the work so that we’ll have time for extra family-and-friends’ fun from now through the weekend. We’ve mostly had a play day since getting that work done – including packing up our campsite and putting our tent and gear away. Our picnic lunch was in our favorite cave; the biking, swim time, and park play kept us busy all afternoon; and we just finished an easy-meal that Naomi’s parents hosted with food contributions from all of the parents involved in making that group meal happen.
We’re currently packing overnight bags before heading over to the park for the co-ed ball practices; and we’ll be at Aiden’s house for the night – along with Naomi, Hailey, Leah, and possibly some other cousins, siblings, and friends. The extra kids might only be with us for a couple of hours if needed, but babysitting services might be set-up at one of the other houses instead; and then we’d only be watching Hailey and Leah while the parents go out to Sheldon’s after the practices. Aiden’s Dad still needs to be up early for work; so he wouldn’t go along for long anyway, but we’ll let you know how that works out for us with the next update. We need to get to the park soon, though, since we’re on kid-control duty at least while the parents are busy with their practices; so, until next time...
