Ehlana and Ethan:
We were up early for Dad’s trip to the city; our school day was fairly-quiet compared to the busy weekend; and we play-worked at the lab or archives after school and into the evening. It was cooler today with some rain here and there, but Faith’s ball practice happened while later practices were cancelled, and while we didn’t even check in on her for that; Mom and Silkie did visit; and then she came over to hang out with us and she brought a picnic dinner for all of us. We had fun while at the lab, but don’t have anything interesting to report for progress in my research or Ethan’s book work. Mom only let us work until nine o’clock, but some time phasing was involved; so we got a lot done while still planning on getting a full night of sleep too.
That’s why we’re not going to get into any news commentary or write about anything else tonight. Getting that sleep is something we really need tonight; we can admit when we’ve hit the wall; and that’s why we are out of here and off to dreamland starting right now! ;^)
