Ethan and Ehlana:
Our school week ended with a lot of quiet fun thanks to dinner with Mom, Dad, and our best friends; an evening of music and movies; and the co-ed sofa sleepover. The details don’t really matter, as usual; we’re just grateful for another awesome batch of happy memories that we got to make with four – or two – of our favorite people. It was still below freezing this morning, so we spent the morning indoors most of the time from Tai Chi and breakfast through chores at three homes and then lunchtime with Mom and Dad. It warmed up enough that biking and playing at the park was an option, and while the high of the day barely reached fifty; that felt great compared to the recent lows! We had fun with the play time and biking; Naomi and Aiden were back with their own families by late-afternoon; and our evening with Mom and Dad was quiet. We had dinner; Mom did a Magi lesson with us; we watched a show together in the living room; and then it was bath or Jacuzzi time that we won’t offer more about for two of us! Ehlana and I are winding down toward nap time now with our bedtime twin chat while listening to some music and not really doing much of the rest of our usual computing. Our news of the day might seem a bit boring, but we’re happy tonight; and is there really anything better than being able to honestly be sure of that?
Most of the future readers of our journals will be adults, but try to remember that we’re still tweens; and will hope that we’ll never get hints through our Sight of whatever some of you might be thinking is even better than being happy! ;^)
That isn’t exactly a mental track we want to be on as we head into nap time – even if that might lead to happy thoughts for our future readers, so we’ll just quit while we don’t think about any of that; and go get some sleep.
