Ehlana and Ethan:
Our second camping night at Sophia’s was great and we stayed up too-late again; so we’re okay with being at home tonight without any camping or sleepover plans. Details from last night would be a bit repetitive, but our highlights included some music fun that we shared with our friends by the river; another late swim; and the co-ed nap time. Tai Chi by the river this morning was with Mom and Dad; and then we had breakfast and packed up our tents and gear before Ethan and I eventually headed to the lab to play-work there for a few hours. While there, we stayed dry during a mid-day thunderstorm, but after having a late lunch with Mom; the weather was good for some biking and swimming with our friends and then our baseball practices and the usual Pizzeria pizza picnic dinner at the park.
The weather turned wet again this evening, but not until after we got home from the park. Mom did a Magi lesson with us and we worked on the family business and charity for a few time-phased hours too; and then we moved on to bath or Jacuzzi time because we needed the clean-up time after all of the camping. Our bedtime computing has included extra reading for world news, and while I’m tempted to offer another rant on the stupidity of our world leaders; Ethan doesn’t want me to go there and potentially mess up the good mood we’ve enjoyed with all of our summertime fun so far. I’ll work with that, since ranting or commentary won’t change anything – especially when nobody will read this anytime soon and never by anyone with the power to change what is happening around the world. We will continue to hope and pray for better; our charities will help out wherever we can; and we won’t forget that even if we can’t change the entire world; we can and do make a difference here at home with the people we love the most.
Maybe a day will come when everyone feels the same and does the same within their own communities!
Getting extra sleep tonight is up next on our to-do list, so that’s all for this report; and we’re out of here and off to dreamland!
Until next time, live with love, fellow Magi of the Light!
