Heirs of the Magi News Flash!

***Heirs of the Magi News Flash!*** The annual fall festival is now behind us, and Cassie and Michael are heading out on their fall trip - this time to the South Pacific! They'll miss out on the Halloween fun at home and the rest of the high school football season, but all of that time in tropical paradises will likely be worth those little sacrifices! Some favorite grandparents will be away for adventures in Arizona or elsewhere too, but our favorite Magi staying at home are sure to have a lot of fun anyway. We'll have all of the adventure highlights from home and away right here for you each day; so... ...Visit Witch Falls often to keep up with all of our latest stories; and Happy Reading! P.S. Thank-you to everyone enjoying our stories from Witch Falls as we have passed five-hundred thousand views!

Ethan's and Ehlana's Journals - April 11, 2023

Ethan and Ehlana:

Happy 26th Birthday, Caleb Palmer!

As usual, we didn’t have any involvement in a birthday for one of Michael’s older cousins-by-marriage, but we do know he’s having a happy day; and don’t need any details for at least some of the celebration activities! ;^)

While our day hasn’t been birthday party fun, we have had an awesome day and we’ve enjoyed the great weather that included sun and a high of seventy-seven.  While it wasn’t quite that warm this morning, we still went outside for Tai Chi by the river.  The academic adventures included three outdoor classes and we played outside during our breaks too.  After school, we biked the trails with our friends, and took our snacks and drinks along; since we biked all the way to Quarry Lake and back – though we couldn’t play there too because they aren’t open yet; and we wouldn’t have had time to do that too anyway with a time limit for being home again in time for dinner.  Mom and Dad hosted a barbeque with the Drapers and Seagers that was a pot-luck meal; and we loved keeping the fun going with our best friends and their families.

We were put to work for the post-dinner clean-up, but then we still had some family time that included some music fun with our band entertaining the parents until Aiden’s Dad needed to head home and get some sleep.  We wrapped up our day with a Magi lesson with Mom; some family business work; and bath or Jacuzzi time.  Now we’re pretty much ready to put our computers away and get some sleep too.  The warm and sunny weather will continue tomorrow; so we’ll go and do that so we’ll be ready for what will hopefully be another amazing school and play day!

Until next time, live with love, fellow Magi of the Light!
