Happy 29th Birthday, Christina Palmer!
Happy 24th Birthday, Kris Robinson!
Ehlana and I didn’t have any involvement in either of the local birthdays of the day, but there was a family gift for Christina and we know that Rowen and Tim took care of delivering the joint gifts that Cassie and Michael were in on with their best friends. Christina wanted a low-key celebration this year; so Josiah is taking care of that – including for the small dinner party they had earlier and they are getting help with a kid-free night.
As for our day, we had fun at school without any major news or drama; and then we’ve play-worked at the lab or archives since then. Mom brought dinner for us and spent some time with each of us too. She ended up staying for some systems work of her own after running some regular checks; and then we went home with her when ordered to wrap up our work at around ten o’clock.
That pretty much covers our story for today, since the work details are mostly boring for everyone that isn’t into books or beakers like we are; so let’s wrap this up and call it a night. Cassie and Michael had another good day with a last move ahead of their final full day in Mexico. They’re not far from the border; and that will help with a slightly-shorter trip back home on Friday. We didn’t go over their work from today yet, but we really wanted to focus on our experiments or archives work; and we can catch up on the travel stories over the next couple of days – and in more detail once they are home again.
We are not going to cover any world or political news tonight because we want to stay happy and get a good night of sleep. That’s next on our to-do list, so that’s all for this report; and we’ll be off to dreamland soon.
