Ethan and Ehlana:
Happy 25th Birthday, May!
We sent gifts and had a vid-chat with May, and we know that Cassie and Michael did the same today, but it was up to Lee to make sure that May had an awesome birthday. Our day hasn’t been that kind of fun, but we’ve had another good day at school; we played at the lab or archives again until dinnertime; and then our meal with Mom and Dad was a quiet break before we headed to the Inn for the first game night of the year. That was the entertainment highlight of our day, but we didn’t bring home any championships – even though there weren’t a lot of players tonight due to some snow we’ve been getting since late-afternoon. The snow needed to be shoveled when we got home from the Inn, and Dad had work to do; so Ehlana and I took care of that job and then we did a short Magi lesson with Mom before coming upstairs for bath or Jacuzzi time.
The bedtime twin chat and computing we’ve been busy with since getting cleaned up and ready for bed hasn’t taken long; and we’re not going to get into any news stories tonight. I do want to mention that it feels a bit weird not to be including mentions of Naomi and Aiden over the past few days – not to mention that it is very different to spend less time with them compared to the past two weeks. Ehlana gets to spend more time with Aiden at school, but Naomi and I are together as-often as we can be between classes and during breaks. We were together for the gaming at the Inn, and we loved that time together, but we’re also looking forward to the weekend and getting to hang out with them more-often. Let’s also mention that Aiden has been helping out at the bakery this week; and Naomi has been spending time with her parents while we’ve been busy – either at home, school, or the salon. We apparently need to share our future spouses with their families more than we have recently, and no, I did not include that comment in hopes of bonus kisses from Naomi as Ehlana is suggesting right now.
That would be an awesome bonus, though, so I’m okay with the related message that Ehlana just sent to Naomi!
Okay, with that thought to keep me entertained, let’s wrap this up; and Ehlana and I will move on to nap time now.
