Heirs of the Magi News Flash!

***Heirs of the Magi News Flash!*** The annual fall festival is now behind us, and Cassie and Michael are heading out on their fall trip - this time to the South Pacific! They'll miss out on the Halloween fun at home and the rest of the high school football season, but all of that time in tropical paradises will likely be worth those little sacrifices! Some favorite grandparents will be away for adventures in Arizona or elsewhere too, but our favorite Magi staying at home are sure to have a lot of fun anyway. We'll have all of the adventure highlights from home and away right here for you each day; so... ...Visit Witch Falls often to keep up with all of our latest stories; and Happy Reading! P.S. Thank-you to everyone enjoying our stories from Witch Falls as we have passed five-hundred thousand views!

Ehlana's and Ethan's Journals - July 15, 2024

Ehlana and Ethan:

Happy 1st Anniversary, Martin and Kimberly Proctor!

Happy 20th Birthday, Lindsay Faulkner!

We haven’t had anything to do with special celebrations today, but we hope that our cousins and Lindsay are having happy days while we’ve enjoyed a fairly-quiet and hot summer day.

After seeing Dad off to the city with Anna Marie, our day continued with Tai Chi by the river and a standard weekday breakfast; Mom set us free to go and work-play at the lab for the rest of the morning; and then our afternoon included hours of lazy play time in, on, or near the river as we tried to stay cool while playing with our friends and some cousins.  We made a cameo appearance at Faith’s ball practice while multi-tasking a frozen treats snack break with the ice creams we picked up from the emporium; and then Naomi and Aiden were with us for dinner with Mom before we all headed over to Cassie and Michael’s house for a wedding plans meeting.  While the adults mostly discussed those last plans, the teens in the house worked on the gift baskets that Rowen and Tim will be giving out at their reception.  We had fun with that work too, and then we walked home without overnight guests because we wanted another early night – and Ethan and I will also be elsewhere for the next two nights while Mom is in the city with Dad.  Cassie and Rowen will be in the city too – their last trip for shopping ahead of the wedding and the honeymoon-anniversary trip that they’ll be taking with their husbands after that; and we aren’t going to think about that tonight because we’ll miss Cassie and Michael while they’re gone for most of August.

That’s really all we need to write about tonight too, and we are serious about getting the extra sleep after another long, hot, and busy day; so we’re out of here and off to dreamland soon.

Until next time, live with love, fellow Magi of the Light!
