Ehlana's and Ethan's Journals - July 1, 2024

Ehlana and Ethan:

Happy 24th Birthday, Darryl Watts!

The only reason we’re mentioning a birthday for one of Cassie and Michael’s college friends is that the news was mentioned while having family time today.  Rowen and Tim joined Cassie and Michael for a birthday vid-chat and sent a group gift to him too; and we’ve been assured that the rest of his special day will be pretty good too – even without any help from a pair of Magi Master twins!

As for our day-so-far, after Tai Chi and breakfast, Ethan and I headed for the lab to play-work for the morning; Mom and Dad had extra guests for lunch; and then we’ve spent the afternoon playing and keeping the Malloy kids and some younger cousins and friends entertained while the parents were busy at the cottages.  While playing in those back yards and swimming in the river were parts of our adventures, we also biked trails and played at the park before eventually heading home in time to set up for a camping night that is going to be a fairly-large event with most of those same kids and teens along with some older teen chaperones.

That news can wait for our next report because we need to wrap this up and head for the barbeque pot-luck dinner that is going to be starting soon – not to mention that we’re also finished with rounding up the camping gear we want for tonight and need to get back to the fun.  The world and news moves on without us, so we are going to let that happen without commentary; and enjoy the love and happiness that is our everyday life here in our little corner of this amazing little planet!

Until next time, live with love, fellow Magi of the Light!
