Summer is winding down fast, but we do still have three weeks and change to go until we head back to school; and we will do our best to make the most of that time even as we are going to be very busy! Your favorite Magi teens will get back to their summer jobs at the lab; the push is on for baseball teams to make it to the championship games on the holiday weekend; and football and cheer squad tryouts and the first two games of the season are right around the corner now too. Happy 45^th Birthday, Owen Emerson!

This is a micro-update because we’re booked to host some babysitting while some of our favorite parents are busy with Owen’s birthday dinner and party. Naomi, Aiden, and the kids we’ll be feeding and watching will be here soon; Mom is already getting ready to go out; and Dad will bring the Pizzeria pizza order home with him after work. We need to cook up some sides and get some other work done; so the rest of our news for the day – including the fun still ahead of us for the rest of the afternoon and evening – can wait for our next report.
