Another nice weather day with a high above seventy is the top news for our day. It was still chilly this morning, so Tai Chi was indoors. Dad cooked up a hot breakfast; church and Sunday school were great – especially the last blast of work we did to help the teens get ready for the Easter weekend services. Mom and Dad hosted a lunch with just a small gang of guests that included grilled food; we headed over to Susan’s birthday party after that; and enjoyed an afternoon that included some biking, outdoor party games, and then the late buffet at the Inn for a fairly-large family-and-friends’ birthday dinner with the Connor clan for both birthdays!
That meal and the birthday fun were highlights of our day; we loved the food and adventures with our friends that didn’t include any major tween drama at all; and then we headed for home. We only stopped at first to pick up Silkie and then take her along while walking Naomi and Aiden to their homes; those goodbyes didn’t take long; and then we went home again for the night. We only did a Magi lesson with Mom tonight before moving on to a music practice, bath or Jacuzzi time, and while we aren’t going to have an early bedtime; we’re still doing pretty good for such a busy, awesome day! We are getting tired, though, and don’t have anything else to add to this report, so we’ll move on; finish up the rest of our computing and twin chat time; and then we’ll get started on some quality down time.
