Heirs of the Magi News Flash!

***Heirs of the Magi News Flash!*** The annual fall festival is now behind us, and Cassie and Michael are heading out on their fall trip - this time to the South Pacific! They'll miss out on the Halloween fun at home and the rest of the high school football season, but all of that time in tropical paradises will likely be worth those little sacrifices! Some favorite grandparents will be away for adventures in Arizona or elsewhere too, but our favorite Magi staying at home are sure to have a lot of fun anyway. We'll have all of the adventure highlights from home and away right here for you each day; so... ...Visit Witch Falls often to keep up with all of our latest stories; and Happy Reading! P.S. Thank-you to everyone enjoying our stories from Witch Falls as we have passed five-hundred thousand views!

Ethan's and Ehlana's Journals - December 16, 2019

Ethan:

We were up early to see Dad off on his week in the city, and we have a very busy day planned for tomorrow; so I’m going to keep this update short and get some sleep to be ready for all of that fun.

Tai chi and breakfast for six was great; our school day was all about having Christmas-themed fun; and then Ehlana, Naomi, Aiden, and I played with Cassie, Michael, and May after school – and after they’d spent most of the day with his parents.  Cassie and Michael also had dinner with them tonight, but May was with Mom, Ehlana, and me; and we’ve had a quiet evening here for three of us while May went out for some play time with Rowen, Tim, and other ‘kids’ their own age.  Cassie, Michael, and May are all home now, and that has everything to do with those plans for tomorrow, but I’ll save that news for our next update.

I’m also doing the Christmas song pick for tonight; and will go with another a cappella favorite – a group this time.

Ethan – out!

Ehlana:

I’ll only add that our outdoor fun included a bit of snow play time, but we also didn’t get nearly as much snow here as some of our neighbors in the region did; so our chances of a White Christmas could be quite low this year.  Sure, we could do something about that, but Mom won’t let us drop a foot or two of snow on the ground on Christmas Eve; so we’ll have to have fun with whatever weather we do end up getting! ;^)

Ethan skipped over our Magi lesson with Mom.  We added that in to the schedule while May was out; and then we split up for some gift-wrapping time in our rooms too.  Ethan and I had some chat time and listened to Christmas music too, and I had a bedtime chat with Cassie and May, but now we’re all ready to get some sleep.

Tomorrow is going to be awesome; so stay tuned for the next update.

This is Ehlana Proctor; coming to you live from what is now my past!
