Happy 2nd Anniversary, Paul and Vanessa Sparks!
We weren’t involved in any anniversary fun today, but Cassie and Michael had a gift and best wishes for their friends; and they are very glad to be home to share the fun – even when they aren’t also joining in on any parties.
As for our day, we were busy at school with final texts – or exams for Naomi and the rest of our older friends. The testing kept us busy while at school, and then we’ve been studying for most of the rest of the day. We did some of that while also checking in on Brianna and Faith’s ball practice, but we got home before a thunderstorm rolled through. That little blast of rain didn’t last long, and from what we’ve heard; it didn’t even mess up the ball practices except for a minutes-long delay.
Mom and Dad hosted another studying dinner, but that was simply cold salads and mini-subs; so we didn’t wear them out – and took care of the clean-up. Our studying had to end by nine o’clock this time; and Mom wouldn’t let us do any extra work – though she did have a short Magi lesson for us before we were sent upstairs for the night. That’s all we have for tonight. Taking our tests and the studying isn’t really tough on us for obvious reasons, but we are still having long days; and we’re okay with getting some extra rest when we can – so we’re out of here!
