Happy 9th Anniversary, Kyle and Tory Denninger!
We didn’t have anything to do with our cousins’ special day; so we’ll hope that they’re having a happy day and probably won’t want any of the ‘best’ details! ;^)
As for our day, we started it with Tai Chi by the river and breakfast with Mom and Dad again, but instead of playing at the lab this morning, we worked on chores around three homes this morning – including mowing the lawns and a lot of the usual weekend yard work. Naomi and Aiden helped us with that – and we did the same at their homes. There were breaks for lunch and snacks; we had some biking and play time with our friends and cousins; and then we had a small gang around for dinner ahead of the co-ed ball practices. We just got home from the park and went for a swim; and now we’re getting ready for a co-ed camping night. Cassie and Michael came over this afternoon to help with setting up our campground for tomorrow night, and we’re having a nice evening for the weather; so we’re taking advantage of having the tents available.
Naomi and Aiden will be catching up with us soon; so that’s all we have for tonight. We don’t have any plans for a campfire – we’re just going to take it easy and go to sleep early-enough to be rested and ready for our birthday adventures tomorrow. Stay tuned for our report on those stories or at least some of them sometime tomorrow, and while you do that; we’ll move on to that camping fun with our best friends starting right now!
