Ethan and Ehlana:
This is an early update; and we’re only home to drop off school gear and refresh our overnight bags before heading to Aiden’s for the rest of the day. The cold morning was a major change for us, but it is heading toward mid-November; and we’re glad that we mostly got rain without any snow that didn’t melt on contact with the ground. Some salting was needed this morning, that wasn’t a major problem because of the ground temperatures. Our school day has been good, but uneventful; and we’re going to be hanging out with Naomi, Aiden, Hailey, Leah, Brianna, and Faith. We’re helping out with the younger cousins and giving the girls a break from Zack, Eli, and their buddies.
The rest of the news for today can wait for our next report. We need to get going soon, collect Brianna and Faith along the way; and enjoy the rest of our adventures with our friends and cousins. It is going to get colder overnight, but staying in and warm is an option; so we’re ready for a cold winter-is-coming night – even without the mass media hype about arctic vortices or other nonsense! ;^)
