Ethan and Ehlana:
The weather has still been great; that’s a bit annoying to the teens and tweens that really need to study day-and-night this week while writing exams; and that continues to affect us too in a lesser way as we stay indoors at school for our final round of testing and then join in for some after-school studying with some friends. That’s all for show, and we fit in a bit of biking to-and-from the spot we picked for that studying at the park, but the fun level is definitely muted compared to normal for an awesome weather day. We still had fun with the studying; followed that up with a quiet dinner with Mom and Dad; and then game night at the Inn was the entertainment highlight of our day. Michael was there for that; he did the bedtime thing with Jake, Stephanie, and their kids while we came home and worked in the office with Mom and Dad; and then he joined us for a bedtime visit – and is staying here for the night too.
We were late coming up to our rooms, and we’re ready to get to sleep soon too; so that’s all we have for this report. Our last day of testing at school won’t be a big deal for us, and the studying is definitely done now; so we’re really just looking forward to the weekend – and the one-week countdown to our summer holidays! The fun level is sure to kick up a few notches; so stay tuned for all of the stories that we’re sure we will have for our future journal readers over the next weeks and months! ;^)
