Ethan's and Ehlana's Journals - June 18, 2022

Ethan and Ehlana:

Happy 27th Birthday, Violet!

That’s our top news of the day.  Our family had a big barbeque dinner for Violet; her parents, Martin, and Kimberly came ‘home’ for the weekend; and they are staying with Mom and Dad tonight while we’re having another camping night and staying out of the way.  The dinner-party was one of the entertainment highlights of the day.  Our evening fun included a campfire and some teen support while many of our favorite adults went out to Sheldons – or took care of babies and toddlers; and now we’re winding down toward another co-ed camping night with Naomi and Aiden while our cousins and their friends are camping in boys or girls-only tents.

As for the rest of our day, it was mostly all about weekend chores with swim breaks to cool off thanks to the heat and extra work.  Ehlana and Naomi went to see the Shelties win again – this time by a score of 8-5 over Taylor’s Terriers.  Brianna and Faith were very happy about their win, and we’re happy for our cousins, but it was getting the chores done that was our priority today as we try to get ahead of the work that needs to be done in time for the holiday weekend.  That work wasn’t newsworthy, but we managed to have fun too; and then the rest of the day was really great with all of the birthday and camping fun.

Now it’s time to move on to the co-ed cuddle and nap time; so we’re out of here!

Until next time, this little blast from your near or distant past is written for you with love from Ethan and Ehlana Proctor – twin junior Magi Masters of the Light!
