Ethan and Ehlana:
Happy 2nd Anniversary, Chris and Sadie!
We haven’t been involved in their special day, but we are excited for them today as they wrap up their vacation and celebrate before getting back to work tomorrow. They’ll be doing that work in Woodvale; getting their new office ready to open in a bit more than three weeks; and moving there too. That’ll keep them very busy, but they’ll have a lot of help from family and friends. We really love seeing our family members succeed and be happy; and that’s definitely true right now for Chris and Sadie!
Compared to that, our day has been quiet, but we’ve had a lot of fun too. It has been hot again today – topping out above one-ten by late this afternoon; and that’s why we had extra outdoor play time at school to go along with the first day of clean-up ahead of the summer break. We did a lot of swimming after school in addition to a bit of biking at the park, a visit to a baseball practice, and some playground fun with cousins and friends. With Dad in the city, we had a simple barbeque dinner with Mom; and then we spent the evening working and studying in the office. A time phase allowed us to get that work done early; bath or Jacuzzi time followed; and then Ehlana and I had a music practice before getting started on our bedtime computing and twin chat.
That’s all we have for tonight. Having another awesome play day has worked for us and we expect more of the same for the rest of the week; so it’s time to get some sleep and be ready for the next almost-summer-break adventures!
