Happy 29th Birthday, Isabelle Jennings!
Congratulations, Jonathan and Savannah – you’re pregnant!
Our first babysitter gets first mention for her special day, but other than delivering the family gift this morning; we didn’t have any involvement in her celebrations. The news about our cousins arrived through Mom, Dad, Uncle Adam, and Aunt Leanne; and that has helped to make for a happy day for the McEwan-Johnson clan.
Compared to that, our day has been quiet. Tai Chi was by the river but chilly; breakfast was followed by chores at two houses; some work at the bakery; and then a snack-lunch there before Aiden’s parents set us free for the afternoon. We went biking with some friends; our afternoon break included Emporium treats; and then we moved our gear over to Naomi’s house again because we’ll be with her again tonight. We helped out with making dinner; had that ready for when Liz got home from the salon; and now we’re in transition between the post-dinner clean-up and our plans for a family movie wind down to the end of the day. Naomi and Aiden are taking their turns getting cleaned up and ready for bed now; so we’re getting this update finished now instead of later. We’ve had a really good day, but that’s all we need to cover for this report, and it’ll be our turns to get clean and changed soon too; so we’re out of here and back to the ‘real’ world!
