Ethan's and Ehlana's Journals - November 11, 2021

Ethan and Ehlana:

The warmer weather wandered out of the area along with the rain, but it was at least sunny today if not as nice as it was earlier this week.  Tai Chi was still out by the river this morning, but we stayed indoors for most of our school day; and then opted for the lab or archives play time instead of going biking with our friends – partly because we didn’t want to get muddy riding the still-wet trails when it only warmed up to a bit over fifty this afternoon.  Staying clean for game night at the Inn was a bonus; and that play time with our family and friends also made sure that we got home on-time for dinner with Mom and Dad.  We had a video chat with Cassie, Michael, and some of their friends while enjoying that meal; and then game night was more-fun for one of us – though I was happy to watch Ehlana and Naomi win the junior championship while Aiden and I managed to rank near the bottom this week.  Sure, losing most of our games to the winners had a lot to do with our poor results, but that was tough to notice when we were sharing so many hugs and kisses with our favorite girls!

I won’t ask them if that was part of their game-winning strategy! ;^)

Moving along, we came home with Mom and Dad; did a Magi lesson with Mom; and then we were sent up to bed while Mom and Dad continued to work in the office.  That’s pretty much all of our news for today, and we are getting tired; so, until next time...
