Ehlana's and Ethan's Journals - October 20, 2020

Ehlana and Ethan:

We’ve had a cool fall day, so Tai Chi by the river was chilly; and it didn’t get much warmer through the rest of the day.  Our school day was uneventful – other than the usual Halloween excitement.  We were a news story today – at least with our friends; and we earned a mix of razzing and enthusiasm after word got out that our Halloween ‘act’ will be performing at the Haunted Halloween on Saturday night.  The cool weather had us choosing lab or archives play time after school, so Naomi and Aiden spent that time at home or at the bakery; and then came over to our house after dinner for our music practice.  That was a fun highlight of our day – and so was the bonus Magi lesson for all of us with Mom before we took Silkie for a walk while seeing Naomi and Aiden home.

It was time for some of our ‘real’ studies in the office after that; some of our work was done in a time phase; and now we’re ready to wrap up this update and our bedtime chat; and go get some sleep.  Our week seems to be speeding along toward the weekend even though we’ve only had one day at school so far, but then it feels like that most weeks when we only have two of our days at school and the rest at home.  We’ve also had such a good day that we aren’t going to mess that up with an end-of-day bad news review; so we won’t go there.

Maybe someday we’ll actually have reason to write about good news – and we mean that to be important good news like worldwide peace or saving the global environment!

Don’t laugh – it could happen!  We just hope that some could news could come for us before the Ascension of the Light!

This is Ehlana and Ethan Proctor; live from the hidden home of the Magi of the Light – and May the Magi Force be with you!
