Happy 39th Birthday, Aunt Leanne!
This update is coming to you early because we’re booked to help out with Aunt Leanne’s birthday dinner party – for some of the work and kid control. We’re also sleepover central this weekend while Aunt Leanne and Uncle Adam get a kid-free ‘stay-cation’ weekend!
Let’s get right to the short version of our day-so-far; and then we need to get back to work.
It was near-freezing this morning, but we were outside for Tai Chi by the river anyway. That was why we went with a hot breakfast; and then we were either off to school for the day or got to work on shopping and other chores to get ready for the party and weekend guests. Mom definitely had the tougher job; and we had fun in our classes – though the outdoor time was a bit chilly this morning; and then more fall-like this afternoon.
That’s all we have to now, but there will be lots of fun to go along with the work we’ll be doing tonight; so stay tuned for the next report and we’ll include all of the highlights from the party and night one of the sleepover weekend with cousins and friends.
