Ehlana's and Ethan's Journals - November 21, 2024

Ehlana and Ethan:

It’s time for a micro-update.  It is still cold today with a wind-chilled high barely above freezing; so we were happy to spend most of our time indoors.  We had a good day at school; followed that up with bringing our four best friends home for studying, music, and a group Magi lesson; and then we kept them for dinner with Mom before most of us headed over to the Inn for game night.  As usual, Mom helped Miranda to win the senior title for their monthly team-up while Dad is in Crystal Springs; and I can also add that Naomi had Ethan help her to win the junior title too.  The gaming fun with family and friends was the real win for all of us; and we were a happy little gang when we headed for our homes – which for Ethan and I was only with Mom while our friends moved on to their own homes for the rest of the night.

Mom didn’t want to do anything else for work or anything else tonight; so bath or Jacuzzi time was next on our to-do lists after getting home and now Ethan and I are winding down with the usual twin chat and computer checks.  Neither of us wants to get into any world news rants tonight, since there hasn’t been any good news this week for our favorite, worst stories; so we’ll let them simmer and hope for better news sooner instead of later or never.  We are tired now, though, and want to re-charge ahead of the weekend and the return home for three of our favorite people; so that’s all for this update and we’re going to crash and nap starting right now.

Until next time, live with love, fellow Magi of the Light!
