Ehlana and Ethan:
It is Good Friday, and while we’ve been busy with our family and friends – including the church service this morning that we’re currently transitioning from while getting ready for the rest of our day; we are going to save a full report for tomorrow night. The weather is going to be really good today, so we are going to be busy enjoying our adventures for the rest of the day that will include hosting a sleepover with some cousins and friends tonight. That always feels a bit strange for a day that is meant for remembrance of an awful and solemn event, but as with Memorial Day; we’ll remember the sacrifice made for us and also celebrate the gifts of love and hope that are also at the heart of Easter.
Keep that in mind whenever you’re reading this in our future while we move on and get back to sharing all of these holiday weekend experiences with many of our favorite people.
