Ethan and Ehlana:
The cool-down sped up a bit today thanks to rain off-and-on all day. That’s why we stayed indoors most of the day and why we played at the lab or archives after school. While we had fun with school and work; the highlight of our day was our evening band practice and a group Magi lesson with Naomi, Aiden, Sophia, and Aaron. Mom and Dad were entertained by both our music and the Magi-powered fun; we loved all of that time with our best friends; and then we had a bit of cuddle and chat time in the lounge before they needed to head for their homes.
While we had a fairly-normal day; Cassie and Michael apparently got right back to work today – after an entertaining start to their day with Brianna, Faith, and Lady. It hasn’t been all-work and no fun for them, since they managed to book Jaimie and Micah for dinner; and our cousin and her boyfriend are in high demand while here; since they’ll be away for the holiday weekend. We’d like to spend more time with Jaimie and Micah too, but that probably won’t happen. We are going to be at Cassie and Michael’s house for dinner and the night tomorrow, though; so we should get some sleep tonight to make up for what we probably won’t get tomorrow night!
You might not read this in the future and think that we’ve had a very interesting day, but we have had a lot of fun; got some quality work done at the lab along the way; and now we are happy and ready to take those good feelings into dreamland starting right now!
