Ethan and Ehlana:
We’ve had another good day, but don’t really have much news to offer. Another cooler day before we start warming up again was nice; and we especially loved that while at our ball practices. Working at the lab or archives this morning kept us busy until lunchtime; we biked the trails around town and at the park this afternoon – along with a snack break visit to the Galleria that included a bit of shopping; and then we were at the park for the usual Pizzeria pizza picnic dinner and baseball fun. Aiden and I had a ‘guest’ coach while Dad’s in the city, and we had some extra fun with that while also not really having a serious practice this week. Ehlana and I came home with Mom after the practices; we did a Magi lesson and some family business work; and then it was bath or Jacuzzi time. That brings us up to now; so that’s pretty much all we have for this report.
Cassie and Michael are busier than we have been today. They’re into their third day in Chengdu, and have been getting a lot done, but they’re also winding down and will be moving on to Kunming for the rest of the week. After another few days of tropical heat, they are looking forward to a break from the heat while in another cooler part of China; and the mountain views should be awesome for them too – even if they’re working most of the time.
Okay, we’re ready to get some sleep now, so that’s all for tonight.
