We’ve had an awesome day; so let’s get to the top news!
Tai Chi by the river and breakfast with Mom helped to get our day off to a happy start; we dropped off our overnight bags at Naomi’s on the way to school – and after saying goodbye to Mom; and then our school day included a Christmas movie; practice for the pageant; and some Christmas crafting. Great weather allowed for outdoor play time at school too – including during lunch and recess; and then it was time for biking and park play with our friends from the time we were done school until dinnertime at Naomi’s with her parents, Zack, and Eli.
Yes, we have the pranksters in the house tonight, but other than a few moments of annoying from them; we’ve managed to have a happy evening. Liz brought Pizzeria pizza home for that meal – along with the sides that we helped Naomi’s Dad to cook or put together. Aiden’s Olde Bakery desserts contributions to our meal and sleepover were a hit too; and then we moved on to a music practice; Christmas movies; and a half-hour of video gaming for the boys. We’re now multi-tasking another movie with this update and co-ed cuddle time, and while we might have issues with Zack and Eli; we’ll still try going ahead with a co-ed sofa sleepover that won’t be accidental at all.
While we’ve been having fun at home, we have heard that Mom had fun with some shopping today; she and Dad went to dinner with the Malloys for their annual Christmas visit; and we don’t need to know any details from the rest of their five-star sleepover! ;^)
