Happy 18th Birthday, Patrick Emerson!
Happy 16th Birthday, Micah Byrd!
We had a family birthday gift for Patrick that we gave him while on the way to school this morning, but weren’t involved in his special day after that; and only offered best wishes to Micah while at school. It surprised him that we actually knew about his special day at all, but the reason for that is part of future plans that we don’t need to write about today; so we won’t go there! ;^)
We had a good start to our day with Tai Chi by the river and a standard school day breakfast in the sunroom with Mom and Dad; our academic adventures were not memorable except for the extra outdoors time so that we could enjoy the warm, sunny day; and now we’re about to head out for some biking and play time with our friends. That is all of the news we have for this report because we are going to be too-busy for the rest of the day to play with our computers later tonight. Naomi and Aiden will be here soon with overnight bags that they’re packing now for our sleepover so they don’t have to do it after the biking and park fun. We’re going to follow those adventures with a family-and-friends dinner-and-play evening; and then the co-ed sofa sleepover will also include movies and lots of cuddle time with our favorite cuddle buddies. None of that is likely to be as exciting as the wedding fun that is going on this weekend for the Landry and Morris clans or the birthday fun for Patrick, Micah, their families, and friends; but we expect to have a moderately-awesome rest of the day and want to get back to the fun now; so we will!
