Happy 26th Birthday, Dillon!
Our day began with Tai Chi by the river, but the fun really got going with the surprise birthday breakfast at the Inn for Dillon that we attended because Violet has taken Dillon away for a three-day weekend. We’re too-young to need or want the details for those plans, so we’ll confirm that we had fun at the Inn; and then got on with our normal, non-birthday-fun school day.
It stayed cool all day; we’ve had a fair bit of rain; and will be spending the rest of the afternoon and evening indoors. This update is early because we’re getting ready to have Naomi and Aiden over for the night; and they’re busy checking in with parents and packing overnight bags while we’re making sure that the lounge is stocked with snacks and drinks and our rooms are ready for guests – including my Jacuzzi; since there is a good chance that Naomi will want to borrow it for a while later tonight. We don’t really have any news from our school day, and the rest of our Friday night adventures can be covered in our next report; so we’ll wrap this up and get back to the real-life fun!
