Some favorite grandparents will be away for adventures in Arizona or elsewhere too, but our favorite Magi staying at home are sure to have a lot of fun anyway. We'll have all of the adventure highlights from home and away right here for you each day; so... ...Visit Witch Falls often to keep up with all of our latest stories; and Happy Reading! P.S. Ethan's and Ehlana's Journals - February 23, 2019

Ethan:

We’re about to settle in for a movie night in the lounge; so this is going to be a micro update.

Mom and Dad were among a dozen parents taking a gang of cousins and friends to Maple Valley for the Winterfest fun.  We headed out early; had a pancake breakfast after getting to Maple Valley; and then we played until early-afternoon before heading home again.  The shows, craft time and shopping was all really great; and then we had some chores to do once we got home – the work we didn’t do in the morning instead.  Pizzeria dinner kept the fun going; and now we’re going to watch a couple of movies – with ‘we’ being Ehlana, Naomi, Aiden, and me while Mom and Dad work in the office for a while.

I’ll add any news from the rest of our day and sleepover with the next report, but I have some cuddle time with Naomi to get to now; and that’s going to be a lot more-fun than spending any extra time on my computer.

Ethan – out!

Ehlana:

That update works for me – with the addition that our shopping included the usual annual purchases of Maple Syrup and other treats.  The local arts and crafts sales are interesting to look at, and Mom and Dad picked up a couple of things for the house too, but it’s the Maple Syrup that makes the trip to the festival so special.

Finally, I’ll keep Ethan’s enthusiasm for cuddling with Naomi to myself – at least until we’re a bit older.  They are adorable, though; so they will keep getting away with the cuddling; and I’ll predict that they’ll set new local records for sofa sleepovers – possibly starting tonight if Naomi can manage to get away with ‘falling asleep’ during our movies.

No, that won’t happen for Aiden and me – yet.

I’ll let you know when that changes for us, but Aiden is nearly a year younger than Naomi; so that should be a surprise to anyone.

The movies and fun with our best friends is about to start; so I’m out of here and back to the real world again.

This is Ehlana Proctor; coming to you live from what is now my past!
