Cassie's Journal - March 18, 2018

Today’s weather was cooler, with a high that only hit the mid-sixties.  That’s still nice compared to winter; but definitely-colder than we’d expected for Phoenix!

That didn’t keep us from having fun today – starting with Tai Chi by the pool; breakfast out; and a day filled with sightseeing in and near Phoenix.  That’s kept us very busy – which is also why we’re having a comparatively-early bedtime after a busy weekend – though the time change has caught up with some of us too.

I’ve done a bit of computing once Ehlana, Naomi, and Brianna were in bed and falling asleep to a movie, but I’m only dealing with family business work that needs to be kept up with while we’re away; and have everything else under control and continuing without my need for intervention.  That didn’t take long, and while I’d be happy for a cuddle night or two with Michael, I do have a tired-out cuddle buddy waiting for me in our bed, so I’m just going to wrap this up now; and go and join Brianna so that we can get some sleep and be ready to play again in the morning.

That, by the way, is the best part of our adventure so far – sharing it with my family and Michael; and getting to do a lot of ‘firsts’ with Brianna and Zack!  The details for the what we’re doing just isn’t important – even if all of our sightseeing is brilliant; and I love seeing new places and revisiting others that we saw on our last trip to Arizona.

Sleep is what we need most, though, so that’s all for tonight; and, until next time...

...May the Magi Force be with you!
