I’m slacking off with my journal updates,
but it’s been another very long day; so this is going to be another
micro-update.
Top news is football; we were off to
Blossom Creek for the night; and our team brought home another convincing win;
and Michael and Tim again played brilliantly along the way to the fifty-one to
twenty-two victory. We’ve had a lot of
fun tonight, but we were also late getting home, and I need to be at the Inn
for the breakfast shift in a few hours; so I really am going to just wrap this
up and get started on my nap.
We had a normal weekday morning; a good day
at school; and super-hot weather for mid-September. No complaints will be issued for that, since
we all know that fall and winter will be here sooner than we’d like around
here. I have another work weekend ahead
of me too, so the fun level will be a bit lower over the next couple of days,
but I can write about that after the fact and you can flip digital pages in
your ‘now’ to find out what happens next in my humble little life; so, until
