Happy 11th Birthday, Seth Green!
This is a late-morning update because we’ve decided that we’ll be too-busy to do a full report by the end of the night!
This is going to be a special day for us because we – Seth’s friends – decided that he should finally get to have a major party for his birthday. Thanks to it finally falling on a mid-week day between the holiday weekends, even though his family is still very busy with holiday-related work on the farms and greenhouses; they’ve agreed to let us host that party for him at our house! That works for us, since we could also make sure it was a co-ed party; and our friends will let us get away with that – probably because at least half of them have or want to cross over to the next level anyway.
Moving along, Mom and Dad agreed to all of this, though we have to do most of the work; and we’ll get some help from Cassie and Michael too. Everything is ready; so now we’re waiting for Seth and our guests to arrive. The weather is decent, so some outdoor play time and maybe even some biking will be part of the fun; and we have plans for the rest of the day too that include a major Pizzeria pizza and Olde Bakery cakes dinner. We’ll have all of our friends here for the night too, but most of them are not ready to attempt co-ed sleepovers; so most of the guys will be on the second floor except for Aiden and me; and the girls will be on the rest of the third floor except for my room – including camping in the lounge to have room for all of them.
The rest of the story can wait for our next report. We’re ready to go here; so the fun should really get going anytime now!
