Ethan and Ehlana:
We had a lot of fun last night! Dinner with a gang of cousins and friends while the parents entertained themselves got everything going – after we finished helping with the work; our band practice ended up having quite a few spectators – with most of them impressed with our progress so far; and then we ended up watching a movie in the living room with most of our guests before everyone except Naomi and Aiden headed for their homes; and we wrapped up our day with another movie in the lounge and a co-ed sofa sleepover.
Compared to all of that, our Saturday has been less-exciting – though we did have another band practice this afternoon. Most of our day was spent on chores or family business work, and none of that was newsworthy. There were a couple of cool-off swims and a bike ride to go along with the band practice for the fun parts of our day; and now that we’ve gotten cleaned up and ready for bed; we’re ready to wind down and catch up on our sleep after a late night with our best friends. They, by the way, are busy with their own families tonight; and that is at least partly because we’ve been monopolizing them a bit over the past week. Yes, that happens a lot; so we’ll try to do better with sharing them with their parents, siblings and the rest of their families! ;^)
Okay, it’s time to move on; so we’re out of here starting right now.
