Happy 11th Birthday, Miles!
Our second day of school was good, but we are also settling down into the daily schedule already; and we don’t really have any news from anything other than Miles’ birthday fun-so-far. Those adventures included a couple of gifts before school to go along with the first best wishes for him; we had a special birthday lunch that included bakery treats; and Miles was being himself – which meant that he annoyed most of the girls by the end of the day.
This update is early because I’m getting ready to head over to Miles’ house now for the guys’ only party and camping night. Ehlana is going to have a girls’ night with Naomi; and that’s going to include some biking and swimming with any available girlfriends that I’ll hope Miles doesn’t decide to try and crash as part of his birthday party entertainment.
Note to future Magi tween guys that might be allowed to read my journals – it is a really bad idea to annoy girls when they’ve gone through the trouble of choosing and buying special gifts for you!
The rest of our story for today can wait for the next report, and I need to get going now; so we’re out of here.
