Ethan and Ehlana:
Congratulations, Rebecca and Lucas – you’re pregnant!
We don’t know whether the timing for that official news will help the Stone clan with the loss of Grandma Francis, but it is happy, welcomed news for Cassie, Michael, and the hometown members of their families. This is one more thing that Cassie and Michael can’t be directly involved with right now too, and they wish that they could be here, but that isn’t an options; so we’ll be helping out where we can instead – including attending a meeting to plan for the funeral and visitation that we need to get to soon; so we’re going to keep the rest of this update short.
The baby news is the top story today – especially for Rebecca’s and Lucas’ families and friends. News about Grandma Francis has already made the rounds too, and since she is still well-known by everyone that lived here while she ran the Inn with Grandpa Lloyd; the visitations and funeral are sure to be well-attended.
We had a good day at school too, but compared to the more-important news of the day; we don’t really have anything to write about from our academic adventures. Since getting home, we did our homework; a Magi lesson with Mom, Naomi, and Aiden; and went for a swim in the river before dinner. Naomi and Aiden were with their own families for that meal – and the rest of the night; we had an easy-meal with Mom and Dad; and now we’re heading over to the Inn for that meeting.
