Ethan:
I’m going to leave the details for this
report for Ehlana. She got more sleep
last night than I did thanks to having Brianna for her sleepover buddy instead
of Zack. He wanted to stay up and play
video games half the night, and seems to think that he needs to stay in his ‘public’
character even when he’s home with people that know about his special Magi
gifts. That might be a future research
project for Ehlana at the lab, but I’m too tired to think about it now.
We had a good day; I’ll add that I had fun
with my play time at the archives, since Ehlana wasn’t there for that while
playing in her lab; and she was with me for the rest of the fun; so I’ll let
you read all about that with her side of the report.

Ehlana:
Well, Ethan really did have the tougher job
last night keeping up with Zack – though Brianna and I got pranked a couple of
times before Zack left us along; so I can handle the full report for a change.
First up, Aunt Leanne’s birthday dinner was
a lot of fun; shorter than I expected by the time we actually ate, cleaned up,
and were sent home; and then our part of the birthday fun was over while Uncle
Adam took over keeping her entertained for the rest of the night. I can add that they went out to the pub with
some friends for a little while; and then they apparently did nothing after
that before going to sleep – according to the report we got after school today.
Mom did a Magi lesson with four kids last
night after we got home; there was a bedtime show – not a movie; and then
Brianna and I had some girl chat time with Mom, the pranks from the boys –
meaning Zack with Ethan trying to keep it from getting out of hand; and then we
got some sleep with Silkie while Zack kept Ethan awake for hours longer than they
should have been awake on a school night.
Tai Chi was indoors and fun with Brianna
there for the workout; breakfast was scary thanks to Zack’s ability to eat
everything and be gross too; and then we were off to school or KidZone for the
day. It was cold this morning, warmed up
to be a nice fall day; and that’s why Ethan and I had some biking fun with our
friends first before having an early dinner and then going to the lab with Mom
to play there for a few hours – plus the time-phased hours we fit in before
heading home again. We still got back
here early-enough to get a good night of rest, but that’s why Ethan was happy
with how much work he got done – and why Mom’s tired too after doing that
time-phasing for us.
That also covers the news highlights; we’ve
had fun along with the work; and now it’s time for all of us to get some sleep.
