Ethan:
It was a quiet day at school, and while
that seems weird when Hurricane Florence has been such a big story around the
country today as it hit the east coast; it’s been a beautiful day here; and
Ehlana and I have spent our day having fun with our friends. We do hope for the best for everyone dealing
with that storm, and Mom, Aunt Leanne, and others are doing what they can to
help through the family business, but we can’t really do anything to help; so
life went on for us and we’ve enjoyed the chance for some bonus summer-like
weather for our outdoor adventures.
After school, we biked the trails; played
at the park; and had ice cream treats from the Emporium. Naomi and Aiden are with us tonight, so they
were with us for dinner too; we went for another bike ride after dinner that
Mom and Dad did with us; and now we’re about to start a movie night in the
lounge. Mom and Dad are going to watch
the first movie with us, and we’re going to be starting that soon; so I guess
that’s the news for today and I’ll just get back to the family and friends fun.
